About Executive Solution Journal
Who reads it, what we cover, and how we work.
Executive Solution Journal is written for directors and senior leaders at established US organizations—companies with 100 or more employees where decisions carry real organizational weight. Readers are expected to bring substantial professional experience to every piece they read. The writing meets them there.
What we cover
The Journal focuses on executive business topics: the structural, organizational, and leadership challenges that show up repeatedly at the director level and above. Coverage is grounded in how organizations actually function—how commitments are made and whether they close, how accountability is designed into or out of a team's operating model, and where the gap between stated intention and actual outcome tends to open. The goal is not to catalog problems but to give experienced leaders something they can act on.
How we produce it
Every article published in the Journal is original work. We do not republish, aggregate, or repackage material that has appeared elsewhere. Each piece is written specifically for this audience and this publication.
Before anything is published, it passes a three-part internal review. The first check is quality: the argument must be clear, the reasoning must hold, and the writing must be precise. The second is relevance: the topic must matter to a director-level reader at a substantial organization, not merely to a general business audience. The third is compliance: the piece must meet our editorial standards for accuracy and integrity. Work that does not clear all three does not run.
The standard we hold ourselves to
The Journal is written in professional language that respects the reader's time and intelligence. That means no padding, no recycled frameworks dressed up as insight, and no conclusions that dissolve under mild scrutiny. If a piece cannot be defended in a room of experienced leaders, it does not belong here.
We cover what is genuinely useful to the audience we serve. We do not shape coverage around what is trending, what is easy to produce, or what performs well by engagement metrics.
Your access and your data
Reading the Journal does not require you to hand over an email address as a condition of entry. If you choose to grant us permission to be in contact with you, that is a decision you make on your own terms—and one you can withdraw at any time. We do not treat access to our content as a transaction.
That is the model. No gates, no captures, no obligations created without your explicit consent.
