Privacy at Executive Solution Journal

What we collect, why we collect it, and exactly what you control.

Executive Solution Journal publishes analysis on organizational leadership and execution for director-level and senior executives at established U.S. companies. This page describes, without evasion, the data practices on this site.

We Do Not Ask for Your Email Address

This site does not present email capture forms, subscription prompts, or gated content requiring registration. No email address is solicited from readers at any point during a visit.

What We Measure and Why

We use a resolution pixel to understand which stories readers engage with. This tells us, at the article level, whether content was read—information we use to inform editorial decisions. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. No ad networks, demand-side platforms, or behavioral advertising infrastructure operate on these pages.

How Consent Is Recorded

When a reader grants permission for their reading activity to be associated with their contact record, that consent is recorded as a receipt that is timestamped at the moment of the grant, immutable once written, and retained as a permanent record of the permission given. The receipt captures what was agreed to and when. Nothing about it can be altered after the fact.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time. A withdrawal is recorded with the same discipline: timestamped, immutable, and retained alongside the original grant. The record shows the full history—permission given, permission withdrawn—with no gaps. Following a withdrawal, reading activity is no longer associated with your contact record.

What "Attaching to a Contact Record" Means

If you have granted permission, the resolution pixel we use to track story engagement links that engagement data to your contact record. This allows us to understand, at an individual level, which coverage is relevant to specific readers. If you have not granted permission, or after you withdraw it, engagement data is not linked to any individual record.

Third-Party Trackers

There are none. We do not run advertising technology from third parties on these pages. Readers are not tracked across the web on our behalf, and no data collected here is shared with advertising platforms.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell reader data. We do not share reading behavior with data brokers. We do not use session replay tools or fingerprinting techniques to identify individuals outside of the consent framework described above.

Changes to This Page

If our practices change, this page will be updated to reflect those changes accurately before they take effect. We will not retroactively apply new data practices to information collected under previous terms.
